I have been using osstem implants for close to 8 years. Excellent products and implant system, but what stands them apart from other major brands is the customer service. I believe one of the biggest assets to the company is without doubt is Hass Jebra. He is absolutely brilliant and is one of the major reasons I have referred several colleagues to Osstem UK. He is second to none as far as knowledge and customer service goes. He goes above and beyond what a normal company rep does. Top man!

New user of Osstem here, have been using a rival system for a few years. The reason I switched is that the support and communication from Dev, our local rep, was incredible. I was hesitant to switch over as it would mean a significant outlay for new kits etc, but Dev made this easy and surprisingly affordable. After placing a few Osstem implants so far, I would say it’s already paid for itself and more, given the vital support that Dev has provided. He’s already attended a couple of surgeries and been a massive help. Very pleased that I made the switch!
